It was a tiring day at Universal Studios and did not want to cook at home, one of my friend suggested this Bhimas and while coming back from LA stopped here. We ordered Mini tiffin, channa batura, idly/vada, Carrot Halwa and Coffee.. Everything tasted good. Carrot Halwa was real yum.
Its been a while I visited this place. They had the best food when they started and after a few yrs the management changed and the quakity has gone down. Their andhra karam dosa and pongal were all time hits. They have a little tiffen combo with a little of 5-6 dishes. Hope they come bk to the previous quality soon 🙂
This place serves better South Indian food than Saravana Bhawan. The vadas that I had were immensely tasteful and huge.Business lunch, something which has 4 types of rice, is also a great item to order.Then I had a ghee roast dosa to go, which tasted great even after a drive up to LAX.Water is served in brass glasses, which is a healthy practice. Helpers are polite.Slightly inside the Indian market, which might be the cause of an average foot count.
