The funghi pie fresh out of the wood-burning pizza oven (imported from Naples) will have you come back to AllAcqua again and again. So will the olive oil cake with fresh berries and freshly made strawberry gelato. The chef filet branzino (sea bass) had a little too much sprinkling of sea salt, yet the fingerling potatoes were cooked perfectly. The side salad on the plate was a nice touch. Known for their pastas, the Pappardelle alla ragu Bolognese is one of the most popular. Almost every table has a pasta, salad and an exquisite crust Neapolitan pie. They offer an excellent Italian beer and wine selection. Also. the management and servers are friendly and efficient.Even though the outside may look like an old Carrows coffee shop, inside its Rustic-luxe with an open kitchen, spacious dining room and trendy bar filled with locals and movie stars enjoying an Italian meal at this gem in Atwater Village. dineandtravel.wordpress.com
