The proof is in the pizza!. The menu looks ridiculously good but I haven’t made it past the pesto pizza because it’s that great. Mmm… pesto sauce, spinach, artichokes, garlic and daiya cheese.. just add a little chicken to that bad boy & you’ve got yerself a masterpiece! I HIGHLY recommend saving room for dessert. I’ve tried the gluten free strawberry cupcake, banana cake with chocolate chips, chocolate chip cheese cake, coconut cake & carrot cake, and they’re all worth writing home about in that particular order 😉 I really like the staff too, very charming. When I picked up my order tonight a colorful guy with an accent was telling me that I could eat to my heart’s content because of the fresh organic ingredients. Apparently there’s no limit when yer eating gluten free vegan dishes *giggle giggle*
