Yuca’s Hut is just that, with hardly enough room for the few people preparing the consistently excellent food. The menu is not large, and the food is relatively simple, but the quality and flavor is first class. This establishment has received the Charles Beard award multiple times, and for good reason. My personal favorite is the cochinta pibil burrito.

Love Yuca’s. The ‘BEST’ Machaca Tacos and Burritos I have ever eaten. And I have eaten alot!!!!! Someone please ship me some to Charlotte,NC… =-)
