Very rude !. Im trying to book a birthday party and the general manager keeps hanging up on me! he thinks im a telemarketer or something! i went from liking this place to hating it. very very bad customer service to the general manager answering the phone 7-12-11 at 3:00pm!this guy is the rudest person ive ever talked with. im very shocked! why dont they want my money? im a big spender! wtf?
