After the 2nd cup of salsa I cannot place the herbs they’ve used but it’s good. Tomatoe sauce start and a cilantro/herb mix finish. Main course was a Chile relleno, cheese & onion enchilada, and a pork tamale. The tamale wasn’t as fresh as expected but it was okay. Rice and refried beans didn’t miss a beat, very traditional. I’ll eat here again if ever in Bikersfield…ha ha.
