Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch to Go…. Located on the lobby level of the Padre Hotel, the Farmacy Cafe offers great tasting coffee and an assortment of breakfast items. There is no waitstaff service; you walk up to the counter and order. Had a bowl of fresh fruit and a bowl of oatmeal topped with more fruit. Served in interesting bowls. They have lunch to go as well. Pleasant seating area; great place to enjoy breakfast. No complaints.
