Beef Shawerma like tree bark. To say this is best mediterranean food in bakersfield is so far off base. Not even close. Go to Cafe Med. where its not a chain, the staff is friendly, the food is fresh. None of those can be said about this place.
Surprise. Not bad for a chain! Hummus and babaganoush were delightful. The chicken kabobs were a little on the tasteless side while the lamb was a little charred.
Great casual Mediterranean food. From the kabobs to the shewarma, wonderful plates. F&S serves the best falaffel I have ever eaten. Service is quick and friendly. This place is a joy.
