Bad Service. The person who made the sandwich I ordered was not rude exactly but could not have seemed less interested in being at work. The woman next to him was quite friendly…to the point that she was sharing with me the difficulty she experiences having her blood drawn. The girl that rang me up informed me that she could not accept my Groupon without me first printing it out which is not specified in their Groupon fine print. I was told that they have a machine coming soon to be able to accept a Groupon being pulled up on a smart phone. I still think that in the interest of customer service they should have honored it. All could have been overlooked if the sandwich had been worth the nine dollars I paid for it, but it was mediocre. I prefer Sequoia by far for a Sandwich and if I found myself hungry and in Heidi’s neighborhood I would choose Lengthwise, which is just next door every single time.
I visit Heidi’s weekly- that’s how much I like the food. Sandwiches and smoothies are fantastic. Breads are made daily on-sight. You should definitely try!

Most of the workers are rude, sandwiches are dry, lack taste, and workers are rude! Save your money and go somewhere else.
Best sandwiches in town. We have ordered 15 sandwiches twice now from heidi’s for our monthly office meetings……..we all love these sandwiches and believe they are the best sandwiches we have ever eaten!!
In the last two months i have been stung twice in a row. First time I asked for thinner bread, light cajun sauce , avocado and meat – bread was thick and so dried out I had to throw it out. so disappointed. So I thought I’d try again same order cuz its my favorite, this time my avocado was so brown and tasted rotten I once again had to throw it out. For the price you pay for the sandwiches, everything should be very fresh and never bad tasting ever… plus the customer service is terrible – will never go back…..
Cajun turkey is great.
