  Bad. Thought we were going for Italian and it was just a noisy tavern with over cooked burgers served on a dinner roll. Only thing to order because they were out of everything else.

  Food Great. Service…. If you want a great steak, don’t go to a steakhouse, this is the place!!! We go here fairly often, but have shyed away due to the horrible attitude and service we keep getting by one waitress (Jenny) and she seems to work there all the time. Once we went in for my son’s 21st birthday and we had about 15 people. We had to get our own drinks and wave down Jenny repeatedly and then felt like we were putting her out by her very unfriendly demeanor. She and another waitress were working our table and another party next from ours. The other waitress was constantly asking the other table if things were ok or what they needed, but ignored us, even though she started with our table first. I even heard her tell the other table she would do separate checks for them, but don’t say anything. We not only had to figure out our checks, because no one said anything at the beginning about their policy, but there was an automatic gratuity charged for the service we weren’t getting; so obviously, the waitress didn’t feel she had to actually serve us.We waited a long time and came back again for breakfast of steak and eggs, which was awesome. Jenny was the only one working and again we had to get our own drinks from the bar and only caught glimpses of her after the food was served. We tipped out the bartender and cook, but she got nothing. We have both worked in the restaurant industry and tip very well when the service is good, but it is IMO something earned and bad attitude and lack of service doesn’t cut it.Today we looked to see if Jenny was in and she wasn’t so we sat at the bar with Reina. Reina is awesome! Our drink glasses are never empty and she watches to be sure the food is to us when it is ready. She was hopping around the bar and out in the restaurant taking orders and delivering food and drinks. It is too bad they don’t have more staff like her. She stays busy and still manages to be friendly and keep all her orders straight! If you are not a people person, and Jenny clearly IS NOT, then do something else. When I am served I don’t want to feel like someone’s burden and have to get things for myself. By the way, Jenny came in after we ordered but worked the kitchen.Overall, I highly recommend Narducci’s and hope your experience is better than mine. $10 New York steaks on Thursday nights (you better make reservations!) and every morning a $2 breakfast. You can’t beat the food for the price and Reina’s drinks are great!

  Food was decent, but the service was only meh. It is mostly a bar, not a restaurant, so keep that in mind.
