Don’t always trust the reviews, This Place is Excellent!. This place has very good food, a nice environment, and a friendly service. Some people are just being rude or some prankers who go fooling around spamming bad reviews on restaurants. Really, to know if some places are good or not, go try it out yourself! Though not every place is perfect every restaurant will have its defects. Ninja is very recommended and don’t always trust the reviews guys!

Bad Service. Been to this place about four times. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had bad service! I try to give a place a chance….perhaps waitress had bad day, etc. Nope. One time, there were three of us, the food arrived for two of us…We sat and waited for the 3rd person to get theirs. Took a long time to get anyone’s attention. Finally got our waitress and asked where was the other person’s food. She just stared at us like she didn’t even realize there WAS a 3rd person all along. So she came up w/some sort of excuse that the chef lost order. Place wasn’t busy but it took another 20 minutes (we timed it) for 3rd person’s food to arrive. By then our food was cold! Another time, we ordered the appetizer of the fried Endame. When waitress brought it over to our table, she dropped half of it on floor. She didn’t apologize, just placed the appetizer on our table and walked off. No comp, nothing. I was ticked off I had to pay full price for a half order of appetizer! I really like the food (I don’t eat sushi) but the service and attitude is a D-. I won’t be going back ever again.
Ninja Sushi is amazing! Their white rice is better than any I’ve had before, and all of their rolls (I’ve had them all) are absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. They remembered me when I came back and always have friendly things to say and great attitudes.
Close Favorite. Customer service is GREAT. Food is reasonable, perhaps even cheap. Food tastes good. Pot stickers come with dinner meals, as well as soup and salad.
Moo role = propane flavor. 2.4 Although it is not terrible out of the 5 rolls me and my friend tried, 2 were good and that was because of sauces. The prices are good but there is a lot of rice to the amount of fish so they make it up. The service was adequate and the miso was pretty good and it’s nice they include that for free.-The Moo roll , which seemed to be a California roll with a seared piece of beef on top was gross. The sushi chef used a blow torch to sear the meat while it was on the roll, well he did it too close and all I could taste was propane, Yuck! when I took the meat off to try the inside I was disappointed because it was so tasteless.-The kamakaze was pretty good and had a little spice.-The ninja turtle roll was good because it had tempura shrimp in it(which was well cooked) and was covered in a couple good sauces. It had a TON of rice in it and fell apart very easily.-The spicy tuna was not spicy at all and lacked much flavor and it was small amount of filling.-The spicy scallop roll was Ok but bland, would not order again.
