An old school standard. While the chef can be quite innovative he understands his clientele. Low brow but technically perfect not to say that he cant bring some cool things to the menu. Challenge him and let him go carte blanche for your lunch or dinner if he has the time. My steak was well seasoned but not over seasoned, I ordered MR and is was spot on. The wine list is spotty.
