Horrible food- barely cooked noodles, and no Alfredo sauce on chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We got a to go order and the staff still managed to be rude. When we asked for extra sides, and agreed to pay for them, we received hardly any. Not recommended at all- go to Olive Garden.
Poor execution. Love the concept of the place, great energy, but thats as far as it goes. Too bad really. My wife and I went in with two other couples to celebrate a birthday. The honor system wine we all thought was a novel idea, our server after greeting the table and leaving the wine was like a ghost, just disappeared not to be seen again for a long while. When our food came the plates looked as though a chimpanzee had cooked it and plated it. Sorry if I offended any chimpanzees. It didn’t taste any better. Like I said its really too bad. The look and feel of the restaurant is fun they just need to focus more on the important little things like food quality, and service. If I want bland food there are any number of restaurants in Bakersfield I’d rather go to.
Everything about this restaurant is mediocre–particularly the service and the food. For $14, I expect some quality ingredients, but was disappointed. I ordered the mushroom ravioli, and it was just okay. The ravioli was stuffed with mushrooms and nothing else and topped with even more mushrooms. It was mushroom overload. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
Decent food, HORRIBLE service. We even spoke with the shift manager — no comp, said she’d have the restaurant manager call us, but he never did.
The food is delicious! The bread is warm and chewy; the service is excellent! Worth every penny!
This place roxx and it always will, but this place is kinda pricey soo I don’t always eat here. This place still roxx 4-Ever!!!
