I suppose if you do it as take out it might be better. Seating and decor leaves a great deal to be desired. There is better BBQ in Bakersfield. Of course there is free ice cream.
Good for your BBQ fix. Had the tri-tip and brisket combo with the slaw and potato salads as sides. It was all good. The tri-tip had good smoked flavor and was tender like the brisket. Brisket had a nice salty bark. The slaw was great; it had a light sauce that had a little zing. And the potato salad had black olives, different but good.
Some of the best chicken and bbq sauce I’ve tried. Messy and delicious as bbq should be. Worth a try.
