I have to admit the first time I tried this place I was not a fan. I did recently go back, on Super Bowl Sunday actually, and was really impressed. The service was really great. The guy who helped me was really patient, as I did not know what I wanted, and was very kind. I ended up buying a couple cupcakes, a sugar cookie, and a donut. The cupcake were oustanding! Probably the best I’ve had in Bakersfield. I will definitely be going back. Thankfully they’re far from my house, otherwise I might have a weight issue on my hands. The cupcakes were that good.

Okay here is the low down! My favorite snack there, even though there hasn’t been anything I have not liked there, are the Red Velvet donut holes filled with the whip cream…. They bring a little heaven to Bakersfield from Thursday to Sunday. The service is always friendly and upbeat, they surely being a twist to the benign bakery scene in Bakersfield.
