MMM Tacos. Tacos Mi Casa is a tradition Mexican taco truck in the parking lot of the WhiteWater Car wash on White Lane between Fast Trip and Whitewater.I noticed the taco truck there last time I was getting my car washed and have been curious ever since. I don’t think it ever leaves but I’m pretty sure it’s just open when WhiteWater is open. I finally went today, it was very good! -I got 5 tacos @ $1.20 each, they have an average amount of filling. They have 10 different meat types to fill them with. I got asada(steak), pastor(bbq), lengua(tongue), carnitas(pork), and camarones(shrimp). -The asada was pretty good, maybe a little fatty but good and their salsa is really good and spicy. -The pastor was good as well, not over powering bbq flavor like some have. -The lengua was excellent, if you have never had tongue before it’s like the best piece of pot roast you’ve ever had, it came with salsa verde, which was also great. -The shrimp was good and fresh tasting. -The best meat was the carnitas, it was probably the best carnitas I’ve had in a long time. It was super flavorful and moist, it didn’t even need the great salsa they put on it. I could have lived with just carnitas and some onions. -Although I did not try them they also have fajitas, burritos, tortas, and breakfast(tried it now… good). -I would say this place is worth trying especially if you’re stuck watching white water take forever with your car or happen to be getting some gas from fastrip. you can park in either lot and walk right over.
