Custormer Service is a Wreck!!!!. I have never met a hostess so rude. The Restaurant was half empty and we were placed a foot far from another table. This was so uncomfortable for private conversation so went back to talk to the hostess and I requested to be moved to a more secluded and larger table. The Hostess attitude changed and she responded very upset. She showed that same attitude in her tone of voice and manners while moving me and my guest to the table requested. Her name is Melissa, and if the business owner wants to improve his service dramatically he should start with acquiring qualified personal. I would be positive if this hadn’t ruined my night. For what I can see Im not the only complaint in this board, so accountability should be taken in consideration.

The sushi was awesome. Service was quick and friendly. I left my debit card at the restaurant and they held it safely until I came for it. : )
Good sushi but HORRIBLE service. I can get good quality sushi elsewhere with much faster, and friendlier, service. I will not go here again.

My boyfriend and I went to toro sushi today at about 2:50 pm. hoping to eat some great sushi. when we got there we were informed that they close at 3. the setting looked nice, too bad we ended up going to love sushi which was great.
Disappointment. Their sister restaurant down town is much better. Toro won’t see me again! I’ll drive downtown next time.
