Great food. Better quality than chipotle. They have a unique vegetable that makes them stand out. I think that’s definitely why some people go. Great atmosphere and good eats.

If you’ve ever been to Chipotle, Victor’s is going to look familiar. Like Chipotle, you first choose the format of your meal: burrito, burrito bowl, soft tacos, or salad. Crispy tacos are not available, but the tortillas for the soft tacos are freshly made right on the premises. You then choose your fillings: chicken, steak, shrimp, chile verde, tilapia (fish), or vegetarian. The extras include a choice of brown or white rice, pintos or black beans, fajita veggies, lettuce, several different salsas, sour cream, cheese and, for an extra cost, guacamole. Like Chipotle, you move down an assembly line as employees assemble your meal at your instruction. The added choice of meats is welcome. I tried the chile verde, which was tender but a little bland. I’ll return to try the shrimp next. The rices were ok, and the brown rice is a healthier option, but both lacked the flavor of the cilantro-lime rice at Chipotle. The atmosphere at Victor’s certainly has Chipotle beat. The restaurant seemed busy enough to survive well, but not packed to the gills and noisy as a rock concert like Chipotle; you can actually have a private conversation at Victor’s. Overall, I think Victor’s is a good addition to the Northwest.
