Came for happy hour with a lot of people. We had very good service. THe food was mostly good. Lots of the dishes taste similar due to a consistent use of Chinese 5 spice in almost everything. Good selection of items and drinks for happy hour.
Love this place!. Awesome place to go for a drink. The food here is also pretty good. The location is amazing, right on the water and a bunch of windows inside. Always a bunch of fancy boats coming and going and always a pretty sunset, so definitely a good vibe. Gets kind of crowded at night and some of the drinks are a little expensive, but overall one of the better joints in Newport Beach in my opinion. Check it out!
Nice place to watch a game. A very nice setup with the bar in the middle open area and tables all around. The food is pretty good for the price. There is a scallops app there that is very good but the name of it escapes me at the moment.
Cool spot good late night food and great drinks.
Great Food & Ambiance!. My husband and I had dinner here with another friend and all of us really enjoyed it. We sat in the newly opened patio, overlooking the bay. The view was very nice and relaxing, great for any social gathering. We ordered the trio plate as appetizer and it was delicious! My husband normally doesn’t eat lamb, but he absolutely loved it! It was very juicy and tender. I loved the shrimp tempura because it was not greasy like most tempuras and the shrimp was very soft and tender. The Japanese sauce that came with it had a light wasabi flavor and it was the perfect combination. I highly recommend their calamari. Overall, the food was fantastic because you could taste the freshness in the food they serve. The price range seemed reasonable to us. It’s actually very affordable and less expensive than some of the restaurants that I’ve been to in Newport Beach. The ambiance is great, right on the bay, and the interior is beautiful and relaxing. It’s a really fun place to have lunch or dinner with friends and family.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere. This place was fantastic! The starter Cheese Plate was not your average cheese plate. It was decadent! a wide variety of cheeses, nuts, honey comb and fruit. I started off with their Girls in the Vinyard 2005 Red Hills Lake Cab Sauv, which was excellent. For my main course I got the Lobster Ravioli. It was so different and tasty I would get that same plate next time! The restaurant is beautiful and their servers are more than helpful. I felt very welcome there and would come back again very soon. I also liked the view of the harbor and the choice to sit in the low booths or the high booths. It got busier around the bar that is centered in the middle. A place for a nice romantic dinner, or depending on when you come, a great place to go out with your friends.
The place was really pretty! I love it. A good place for a date. And it was NOT $10-20 a plate. It was a bit more though. But it was worth it! 🙂
