Great place in the beautiful Newport Beach! Got there for an early dinner and they quickly hosted our group of 12. Very good portions, you can easily share. Drinks were really good too, had the mai tai. Family friendly, definitely recommend it.

Started out nice, bartender told us to take any table. sat down. Waitress came with our menus immediately and some bread. Here is where it took a turn for the negative. No place settings or bread plates. I had to walk over tp the servers station amd grab them myself. My group ordered the Clam Chowder, Shrimp Coctail, Buffalo Wings, Crab cakes and the Kobe Beef Sliders.Clam Chowder: Amazing as it has always been since I was a kid. 9/10Shrimp Cocktail: Glass dirty amd shrimp were not de-veined properly, gross. 4/10Buffalo Wings: Adequately sauced and cooked well. 8/10Crab Cakes: Best dish of the day, light and flaky with tons of crab. But the price had me expecting three not two. (Meant to share at the table) 9/10Kobe Beef Sliders: A tough rating for me, the fries, sauce and onions were great but I distinctly ordered medium rare as I do with all meats only to recieve 4 well done hockey pucks. The taste was sublime but i can not overlook the waste of premium quality meat to overcooking. 4/10

Cool place!. Fun place to go for drinks. From what the bartender told me, it had been there for a while. Looked like they had a decent menu, looking forward to going back in the future.

Woody!. My husband and I love the food! I have never had a problem with bad food here. The atmosphere is too much with all the loud people, because its ALWAYS packed and the place certainly is not big enough for everyone. Also, the crowd is obnoxious Newport youngsters. The service is pretty good, except when the bar is crowded, which is a good percentage of the time.

Breakfast. Sitting dock side and enjoying a great champagne brunch is the way to start any weekend. Delicious selection I recommend to split any breakfast as the portions are large.

Shrimp & Scallop Brochette $15.95. What a wonderful entre. It comes with two fully packed skerwers of scrimp & scallops, lots of onion, bell pepper & mushrooms in a bed of really light cream sauce over a bed of rice. It was way more than I could eat I had the Wedge Salad ($7.95) and it was delicious too. I thought the meal sould include a salad, but the total was under $25.00, so not too bad for the area and the ambience. We ate outside on the deck, and saw a beautiful bay as the sun was setting. There are heaters, so not too cold, but bring a wrap if you plan to eat on the deck. We go there often and have never been disappointed.
