Time for a change. This was a wonderful experience in the soul cuisine. I came hungry and afterwards I was full with no heavy feeling…that makes me go to sleep.Knowing that I am enjoying good food and it’s good for me makes a ++++++++ on my list. I am spreading the word!!! Very unique and different, it’s time for a change for a long life of eating healthy!! I passed the menu to others and they are making copies to share this exciting experience with people who want a change.
