Barneys burgers are the best burgers in Berkeley! Seriously though, the selection made it hard to choose. I got the Chipotle veggie burger and hubby got the barney burger (carnivore style). Both were delish! Service was fast and friendly. Veggie basket is worth it. Highly recommended!

Gourmet?!. Slow service, nothing special between two very dry buns. Nothing gourmet about this place.
Try the (Not-so) Spicy Curly Fries. I ordered the turkey club and the spicy curly fries from Barney’s for lunch today and both were fantastic! I was worried that the fries might be too spicy for my liking, but they only have a slight spice to them – enough to give them a great flavour, but not enough to burn a mouth. The turkey club was huge! It was delicious, but I couldn’t quite manage to finish both it and the single order fries. We ended up going up to the counter to pay, after waiting a while for our bill, but (if I’m ever in Berkeley again) I’ll definitely be going back!
Fries. Food is great however when you request the fries to come at the same time as the meal they always come lukewarm. I always have to send them back causing a delay. It’s fine if you like them lukewarm.
