CREAM (Ice Cream/Desserts). CREAM has finally won me over. This popular spot located in the heart of the University District scoops some of the best ice cream in the area. Each offering is thick, creamy, and can be shoved between two cookies of your choice, making it possible for each customer to have his or her own unique flavor profile. Personally, I tend to gravitate towards the Royal Caramel Swirl – a dense, rich ice cream layered with caramel – placed in the middle of a pair of snickerdoodles. The freshly baked cookies, in all their cinnamon glory, perfectly compliment the delectably sweet cream and smooth caramel, making it easily my favorite ice cream sandwich (a category that, I’ll admit, has very few other competitors). Arguably the best attribute of each sandwich is its cost; if $3 isn’t reasonable for a piece of heaven, then I don’t know what is.Rating: 8.6/10 tasteperiod.blogspot.com

Best Ice Cream Sandwich ever. First of i like Good Food, and let me tell you this that this was the best ice cream sandwich i have had in a long time. Me and a group of friends went there around 8pm, the service was great & very friendly.I ordered the Turtle cookie with vanilla cookies and cream ice cream. It was amazingly good, the cookie was soft and chewy, and the ice cream was full of flavor. Each bite i took, gave me visions of my childhood when sitting outside on a hot day eating ice cream. Also how can you beat the price $2, something this good and only for $2…………………..it is definitely worth it…………….so i advise you that if you want a awesome ice cream sandwich go to CREAM and enjoy the day.
