The Gourmet Ghetto of Berkeley is tough place for any restaurant to survive in, especially a Cafe. But ultimately, the Guerilla Cafe does hold its head above water. It’s got decent coffee and a fair break of waffles. Ultimately, if you’re on Shattuck and have run out of other options, this revolutionary sounding Cafe has a decent vibe to enter and get decent grub.
