GOOD, UNIQUE, EXPENSIVE JAPANESE. A GOOD RESTAURANT IF YOU LIKE UNIQUE JAPANESE DISHES AND ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.Not a place for Sushi, Domburi, Sukiyaki, Miso soup etc. and not even a rice dish except for baked rice. But you can get exceptional quail, gizzard, heart and tongue dishes. Extensive list of traditional Japanese drinks in addition to a few of the usual beers and sakes.When not too busy staff happy to explain any dish or drink. Need to work on their customer relations. Menu should be on their website.They do NOT offer gift certificates for some mysterious reason. Only open 3 months and may need a shakedown period. We wish them well.
