Burgers and Beer. Kips used to be the busiest spot for lunch on Southside, with a line long out the door, and really great flame-broiled burgers. The Straw Hat Band used to meet in the back room after every home basketball game, and sing Cal songs for an hour or so. Not as great now, but still not bad. Busy upstairs on weekends.
