Yum!. So far I have only had the Tombo Tuna Salad from Nefeli, but it was very close to a religious experience–on top of the freshly shredded tuna (onions were involved too), it came on a bed of arugula tossed with olice oil, three slices of tomato, and three small slices of baguette. It was the perfect lunch, and didn’t leave me feeling heavy afterward whatsoever. It was a bit pricey for my receptionist’s salary ($7.75)–but it was worth it.
