BEST PHO RESTAURANT EVER!. PHENOMENAL! I truly haven’t been this impressed at Mastro’s or Morton’s in Beverly Hills as I was at 9021Pho. The beyond amazing quality of the ingredients that they use are what make this place what it is. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and they are each so yummy in their own way. My usual order is the Pho Ga with the Chow Fun and the Basil Fried Rice. I recently tried the crab cakes, the crispy fish and the Vietnamese Chicken Salad and I was even more impressed. The crab cakes are so perfectly cooked and season I didn’t even have to dip it in the sauce. The crispy fish just takes you on cloud 9 with it’s light and airiness aspect. The Vietnamese Chicken Salad just makes you feel that your doing good to your body when your eating it but also good to your mind. The cabbage is so fresh and crispy cut into finely julienned slices with perfectly cooked chicken breast perfectly placed on top. The Pho – I’ve always had the Pho Ga because the initial broth (before adding mounds of sirachi and jalapenos and soy sauce) taste like my childhood. I take a couple of sips of this amazing chicken broth then add a ridiculous amount of siracha and soysauce. I recently tried the Spicy and Sour pho and I think I found my new favorite. It’s so PERFECTLY seasoned I just can’t get over it. Its the perfect amount of spice followed by the perfect amount of sour. It has chicken and shrimp so it’s a perfect. Can you tell how into food I am? It’s sad. THE SERVICE – AHHHH the angels are singing. Our waiter was one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. I felt as if every time I took a sip of my water, that sip was refilled. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Later on during the meal the manager walked up to our table and asked how our meal was and I found that to be so professional and pleasant. The staff is so well dressed and proper. I just love everything about this restaurant. Overall experience – I usually don’t spend too much time writing a review this long and good for something that didn’t deserve it. THIS PLACE DESERVES IT. They have every aspect of the dining experience perfected to a T. A CAPITAL ONE AT THAT.
