I’m from out of town and tried Cafe Talesai on my most recent trip to LA. I enjoyed the small, neighborhood restaurant feel. The staff seemed to know many of the patrons as regulars. I had the pad Thai and Vietnamese style spring rolls. Both were very good. A lot of attention to presentation of the meal and place settings gave everything an upscale edge. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.
