Amazing food. Not a standard roll kinda place. Just sit back and let the chef dazzle you. Plan on an expensive meal, but you’ll be dazzled by the flavors.
Excellent variety. Shige is truly a master. The variety of fish and quality is unparalleled. If you have read any of my other reviews I like omakasi style and Shige provides some of the most unusual and artistic sushi dishes available. If you are a California roll kind of person don’t waste your time and money here but if you want real authentic Japanese sushi you won’t be disappointed.The restaurant is small so sometimes have to wait especially for the sushi bar but it is worth it. The location is Beverly Hills and the prices match the neighborhood. This is a very expensive restaurant but worth it if you really enjoy exotic sushi.5 Sneezes!
