Goat greatness. This place made me a goat eater! Delicious. The standard dish is a plate of goat meat with some broth, homemade tortillas, and cilantro, onions etc to make it to your liking. I’m hooked! The spices that the goat meat is simmered in brings a lovely flavor to the meat. I now get cravings for meals at Birrieria Chalio and a beer to wash it down with.

Great Place. It’s a great family own business with great food. The owners are simple people that you can find there chopping it up with the fellow costumers. The Birria served there is one of the best I’ve ever had and the most unique. Their special avanero sauce adds the perfect touch. Great place to hang out, have a beer and a hot plate of CHIVO!!!
