Excellent sandwiches. But might want to get it to go… Not a great area on the sidewalk to eat there; a bit of a pigeon issue and a view of a parking cul de sac.However, the pastrami and roast beef sandwiches are superb. Turkey is a solid performer too. Delicious sourdough bread.They catered an event I went to, and that originally brought me in.Priced very fairly for the Brentwood Village area too. $7 sandwiches. They also have dollar bags of crunchy chocolate chip cookies. Mmmm…
I cater from there often. I live nearby and often stop in for their chocolate croissants, and their delicious chicken rosemary sandwich on foccacia (a specialty). This is a family runbakery, with brothers trained in Paris. The croissants are the real thing. Cakes and fruit tarts excellent. They once made tiny puffs for 100 tea sandwiches, and their many sandwich types are great on the bread baked fresh daily. Tarte tartin and various chocolate, lemon, raspberry specialties, and great French apple tarts. Only a couple tables, bet to get to go.
Tiramisu cake ROCKS!. I’m going to keep this review nice and short:get the tiramisu cake, it’s simply amazingend of story.
