Rooting for you, Early World but you need to snap it up a bit. For the prices you charge, and the text you have on the cover of your menu about fresh ingredients and care given to the food, there are some inconsistencies. First, there is no excuse for serving me bacon that looks like it was cooked yesterday/microwaved today. Absolute fail and disgusting. You’re not fooling anyone. Second, your corned beef hash is the same out of the can dog’s dinner looking crap they serve at Canter’s. You need to do better than that if you want to make claims about fresh ingredients. Third, wtf is with serving butter in Dixie cups? You weren’t busy enough to justify bringing out the toast 5 minutes after the rest of our breakfast. I’m sure there are a few things on the menu that are great, but I sure picked wrong. Brentwood really really needs the kind of somewhat better than standard diner you appear to be trying to be. I hope you can get it together. The service is outstanding and the location and ambiance are just fine. Please give the food some attention. I wont whine about the prices because your rent must dictate that, but I think people are going to tire of the quality issues when considering the price.
