Avg mexican food at best. Eh. still have no idea what others are raving about. el super taco is more like el subpar taco. for reals.i dropped by with my buddy for a quick bite this weekend and was underwhelmed once again. i ordered up the tripas burrito. this was one dense mofo of a burrito but it was 90% rice, 5% beans and 5% tripas. not a good ratio imo. cheap bastids. the tripas was bland and the burrito was a bust.the al pastor soft taco was pretty darn good. the addition of grilled onions was a nice touch. the al pastor was moist but i wish it had a little more char on the edges.i guess el super taco is just not my cup of tea………or i just suck when i order. oh wells…..plenty more good taquerias out there
