Been there more times than I can count and never had a bad meal. I’ve had most of the menu items and never been disappointed or left hungry. Took my 83 year old mother there and it was the first time I saw her clean her plate. Refered and taken many friends/family there and they all return on their own.
I saw the reviews and thought I would give it try. The bread they brought to my table was stale. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was overcooked and tough. The sauce was watery with very little flavor. The staff was nice and the service was OK. Overall I felt like this was an Italian Denny’s.
First Time I Will Return. Ordered the small combination pizza, garlic bread and a Caesar Salad. Salad was OK nothing special except the croutons were good. Order extra garlic with the garlic bread and it was GREAT so was the combo pizza loved them both. Going back tonight for garlic bread and going to try their Ziti pasta.
My son and I ate at Melo’s last month. I had the most amazing chicken parmesan! Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water… Good food, good prices and great service! You just can’t ask for more than that.
Mello’s is delicious. Their pizza is fantastic with a small spicy zest on the pepperoni. But, the pasta is what amazed me, it is pure homemade italian dish with a perfect amount of butter. Overall Mello’s is pure homemade italian goodness.
