In the land of Brentwood where restaurants are plentiful, its sometimes hard to distinguish between good, better and best. Palmeri, the family owned and run is in the best category. Their home made pastas are very good and the veal chop is exceptional. Kid friendly, great for lunch and the service is always as if you are eating with your family

Great food , but very misleading. We had a great dinner, however the menu they list on their website (the same website i found all over google and yelp, etc.) has a menu from 5 years ago where all the prices are 40% less than what their current menu has. We loved the food but had to pay WAY more than we expected. I was organizing for a large group and they were not happy. We spoke to the owner and manager. The owner said he will do nothing about it. He didn’t even apologize. I figured they would comp us a few desserts, nope… We paid $500 , with the old menu it would have been about $350. I checked on the web again to see if they have fixed the link or photo of the old menu and they have not. They said to me that night it would be fixed immediately…. Very misleading to do this and with it being their own mistake i would think the owner would be much more courteous to us and maybe even throw in $10-30bucks worth of deserts or comp something

Excellent. Palmeri is wedged between two heavy weights; Toscana and Tavern. Palmieri’s pasta is superior and the acoustic (intended or not) , even when they are full, disperses the din that characterizes Toscana. The canoli is the best in town.

A MUST GO!!!!. Introduce yourself to the chef, and ask for his selection of at least 5 courses. His scallops appetizer is one of my favorites, followed by the Colorado Lamb chops. Pastas are exceptional, Pizza with Proscuitto Rugola, Mozzarella and finished with truffle oil,is alone worth going back for.
