Cool vibe and excellent food. We had ordered several different types of pizzas and dinner Caesar salad. It was more than enough food. Had food to take home. Reasonable priced.
Looking for a quick dinner close to our workplace, we reached here and found it to be a warm place with lots of wood paneling etc. There’s not much to be said about the food, however, with an extremely limited menu and service. Got some craft beers one of which was flat, another that was so bad that it had to be returned. Food wasn’t much to talk about either.
Cool and affordable place in downtown LA. I ordered a steak with broccoli and potatoes. As a steak lover, I can say it was a bit too chewy. Other than that everything fine. Nice and quick staff. To drink, I can definitely recommend beerg – a mix of margarita and passionfruit beer.
Nice place to be with friends after work. Good seating arrangement, you can either sit outdoor or indoors. I loved their vegan dishes, and lemonades, my friends on the other hand loved the ham burgers and chickens. Good happening place, I do keep coming over for lunches and evening hangout since both my office and home are in the same vicinity.Should have more choice for non-alcoholic.
Great Place. My wife and I like to frequent this special place before going to a concert or opera performance as it is so convenient to Walt Disney Concert Hall or Dorothy Chandler Pavillion. Every food item is organic and deliciously prepared. The service is caring and efficient. The prices are so moderate, you almost think you are in another era! Yes, the noise level can be rather high–it is a sports bar–, but once you accept that, you learn to appreciate this venue.
Really nice situation (outdoor/indoor) and some good food: Spring Rolls, Turkey Club and Vietnamese Chicken Salad. But few choices for the non-alcoholic drinkers. Excellent service.
Horribly Overhyped. I was sad to hear that Casa was no longer in existence in its beautiful Downtown LA home but I was just as excited to try its new inhabitant restaurant. Blue Cow was a major let down. I ordered three different appetizers and a main dish with my date, unfortunately I ate with my eyes before unleashing pure pain on my taste buds. Everything was inedible!!!! The pork belly crepe was disgusting, it was over done and the slaw dressing overpowered the simplicity of what a crepe should be. The chicken sliders tasted like an expired Christmas party in my mouth. Again, with another overpowering slaw that tasted like pine needles and market brand gin it made me want to gag. It was a huge let down and I can not understand for the life of me why this restaurant is receiving rave reviews when all it makes me want to do is vomit. Please beware my fellow foodies……its horrific.
