Cheap business policy, no comp water. I asked for a cup of water and it’s their policy to not give any water, not even tap water. I asked for my money back and they refunded me for the 3 tacos I ordered with a cup of water. My 2nd time there and I have no plans of returning or recommending it. Their armed security guards, barb wire top parking lot fence, creeped out my friends from out of town the first time we went there.Too bad I can’t comment on their food, their business policy I think is to their profitable benefit, their food….??? I wish I knew.

Meh is my verdict. I don’t dislike it but I’m not bowled over either. I’d not seek it if it was out of the way. I stepped inside and thought I was at taco king. Same atmosphere except for the bull heads decoration. The food is very similar also, although taco king us better overall IMO. The alpastor was too salty almost to point of tasteless. The asada lacked proper grill and seasoning taste. The tamales masa was surprisingly good, moist, and fluffy. Ok the all important red sauce was good in the vein of king taco. The green sauce had a tangy taste to it. Not sure what was in it but I like it better than king taco green sauce. They only give you ONE sauce per order. I had four tacos and a tamales and this was chintsee to say the least. Their condiments are seriously lacking compare to a good taco truck. I guess I’m not coming back. There are too many good and worthy place for this MEH place to rank too high in my return list.

Sub-par taco-truck tacos. The meat was kind of dry or mealy. I’ve had much better tacos many other places. Definitely not worth the 30 minute wait.

Best carne asada burrito EVER!!!. I loooooooooooove their carne asada burritos…with their really spicy red sauce….oy…so yummy..my mouth is watering as I type away…best part is they’re open 24/7. Ugh. Too bad I live in the OC, or I would come here at least once a week!

I just ate here for the very first, bit it won’t me my last! The el pastor is worth the trip. The pork meat has just a little bit of fat and the outside has that roasted crunch that makes biting into it a pleasure. There was also a bit off spice, either a dry rub or a marinade, that gave the meat a kick Their red and green salsas, well, I wish the would bottle and sell it. The other notable dish was the tongue taco. I would come back for as I can see this becoming a fast addiction.
