This tiny little restaurant has the most marvelous and authentic Vietnamese dishes. The beef salad is a meal in itself. The fried spring rolls are light, crispy all rolled in a lettuce leaf with great sauces. Ive had work lunches here and family celebration dinners. It feels hip/trendy, yet also in a casual in really good way.

Overpriced and not good.Do people have taste buds now a days? I know I still do lolAfter visiting my friend at the hospital we decided to go have some early dinner on Sunday. My friend said that little sister was a really good restaurant. Being a little hesitant I still didn’t even look at The yelp reviews. It looked like it had high stars and good reviews. When I got home and researched the filtered reviews I realized that this restaurant actually sucked. The food was horrible but my friend loved it for some reason. First, everybody that tried to walk in there had to have a reservation even though the restaurant was completely empty to which I then went on OpenTable and made a reservation and was seated right away, how weird.Looking at the menu everything was beyond overpriced I think the cheapest thing on the menu was a bowl of rice for 225.I ended up ordering the spring roll which was literally one spring roll with no noodles inside just a bunch of lettuce a weird hard crouton like stick one piece of pork and probably a shrimp sliced in threes and it looked to be just two pieces of sliced shrimp in one spring roll and that was $9.25.As for the other food nothing looked appetizing to me but I felt really bad because my friend never picks the restaurant, so I felt like I was forced to eat here even though everything just was looking not great. We ordered the noodles with tofu confit pork and beans or something like that. They were disgusting they tasted like noodles from the corner cheap Chinese food place that charges five dollars for a gigantic bowl of greasy noodles. It was beyond greasy like to the point of mouth grease being all on your lips lolThey were tasteless and tasted actually like a bunch of salt. For $19 are you serious. We also had I think it was the lemon grass chicken it was basically fried chicken, like whole fried chicken with the bone still in the chicken and its been friedit was just bad we ended up taking everything home because I basically didnt eat. I tried to give it to my boyfriend, he smelled it, tried a little bit of the noodles and said can we just throw this away it was that bad so that was also like $19 or something!!!!I think the best thing was the bowl of jasmine rice that was like absolutely love delicious The ambience of the place is very nice but its very like oh this is very VIP you cant sit here that kind of restaurant.Get friendly with the people next to you because you will basically be inches away from each otherThe server seemed nice.

This place came up when we were searching for a good restaurant on our first day in downtown LA. And it was a discovery! The ambiance is nice, service is so professional and people are so friendly. The interior design is also so elegant. We were pleasantly surprised!

Was taken here for the fixed price lunch by a kind work colleague as I was working in Bristol for a couple of days. Food was superb as was the service if I lived near Bristol I would be back very soon, looks like it would be great in the evening and it has a flashy show kitchen which would be impressive when busy.
