Go inside for service. The service waiting for drinks outside before our reservations was horrible, we waited for almost 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Once inside the service did improve. The appetizers and the fried seafood was great, but the steaks and swordfish were completely overcooked and dry. The cooks re-fired them and the second time they turned out great. The desserts were amazing!

Exceeded my expectations! Service Went for a dinner for two. The experience was excellent. Food a notch above typical chain fare. Fresh, imaginative, and both intellectualy and gastronomically satisfying.

Ive only ever been there for lunch during work hours in downtown la. If you’ve only got an hour to eat, forget it. The waiters ro around like slugs. But if you can hang around a while, go for it. It’s yummy. The clam chowder in bread bowl is great and I adore the creme brle. However it is filled with folks who’d raise an eyebrow if you were to wear a tshirt or jeans. God forbid. 😛

Yuck. $2 HH menu not worth it. Everyone loves the $2 Happy Hour menu. . Can’t get any better than that? Wrong. Hamburger – disgustingChicken Burger – tastes like week old fish with the consistency of chickenHot wings – fried and smothered in sauce. The best dish out of them all. There is a catch, I had to buy a drink with my appetizers. Drink was a cucumber martini, $10. Entire bill was $15 after tax and tip, so… at then end of the day, it wasn’t a great deal. Friday night was packed. Server tried her best but it was too busy and way understaffed. Expect to have long periods of wait time and essentially be ignored. I wish they had the silverware and water out as self-serve. It would’ve made life easier for everyone.
