I don’t know why I’ve never written a review for this tiny place. It’s tiny but the unique design of the oyster bar will remain in your mind forever if not for a while.I can’t really remember what kind of oysters they had the first times I was there, whatever they were yummy. The most recent time, I enjoyed the tiny oysters maybe from Maryland and somewhere from Canada? Lol-whatever they were good tooI think I read they serve uni, I am excited to try that next time I visit the area. The times I’ve had oysters I always have a nice glass of white wine, they have Small but excellent selection of whites.Prices are reasonable for the quality. The staff has always been nice, customer service is impeccable, even for it being so small and inside the grand central market.
Stopped in Grand Central Market for a quick lunch and tried here.Takes a little while for the ceviche to be prepared but not that long. The scallop ceviche was really good but not very filling. On this particular day that was fine as I was only looking for a quick snack. However, I would like a larger portion on another day where I just might be hungry and for the cost it should be just a little bigger in portion.Though they are small, I see myself stopping in from time to time to have some ceviche but only if I’m in the area.Visit date 11/15/2014
