As Good as it Looks. I was almost scared off by the menu at Vizzi. How could such gourmet food possibly emerge from this humble truck? Gave it a try anyway and wasn’t disappointed. Started with the Drunken Onion Soup which was flavorful and uniquely delicious. You might miss the molten cheese traditionally found on French Onion Soup crockery but I found the cheese and bread ratio to soup (perfect) to make up the difference. Was very pleased with the ample portions offered with the Slider order. Equally pleased you can mix and match sliders (x3). This could have been lunch alone. Enjoyed the Braised Waygu Beef but I recommend the Black Skillet Chicken more highly. The chicken thigh was cooked expertly and seared to a perfect crunch on the outside. Very good menu, ample portions to price. A great addition to the L.A. food truck scene.
