Barragan’s is very hit or miss, The food is just ok but the service is 9 times out of 10 is absolutey horrible! My friend and had to ask for absolutely everything including having to get up to find the waiter and ask him for the check so we can leave after sitting at the table with dirty dishes for 20 minutes.
