On the prowl for an authentic and local breakfast joint while in Burbank one morning, I decided to bop into Noah’s in hopes that it would replicate some of the great bagel options I had found back in Agoura Hills. Unfortunately, Noah’s Bagels falls well short of other breakfast options, and while I don’t know the area well enough to recommend somewhere else, I can’t recommend Noah’s.Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere?I’ll admit this is the one place where Noah’s really shines. Fast and friendly with an authentic New York feel, Noah’s had a lot of promise when I walked in. Star Granted.Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost?A huge fan of bagel sandwiches, I opted to go for the Turkey Swiss Melt on a Garlic Bagel. It’s pretty simple really: Bagel + Turkey + Tomato + Cheese. How much can it possibly be yeah? Well, my Turkey Melt was $6.95, and let me tell you, that’s WAY too much. As a point of reference, I got the following wonderful bagel sandwich at East Coast Bagels in Westlake Village for under $5 after tax.Sorry Noah’s, time to lower your prices. No Star Granted.Stars 3 and 4: How was the food?Meh. Outside of that, it’s really not worth putting into words how my turkey melt was. I had difficulty getting over how expensive it was, so that very well may have ruined it, but this was something well below what I could quickly put together at home. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t really enjoy it either. Single Star Granted.Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could?Without a doubt. No.

Try their breakfast sandwich bagels. All the bagels are delicious here. my favorite thing to get is the sausage and egg bagel sandwich w swiss cheese and a jalapeno cheese bagel. ask for some salt and pepper on the egg and have them toast and butter the bagel – delish!
Great garlic bagels!. Great place to pickup a quick breakfast on Saturday mornings!
