  Best Italian food! I am in love with the soup that just keeps coming! I think its called the chicken gnocchi soup! Filled with loads of cheese and breadsticks! Roscato would be the best wine to go with any food you order from this place!

  Unlimited refill of soup and salad with bread sticks is the thing attracts me here. Good and fast service and all employees have good behaviour

  Great Lunch. I haven’t been to any Olive Garden for a long time. My co-worker and I decided to go last Friday because I found out they served panini at lucnh.We were seated immediately by their friendly hostess. We ordered Panini with Roasted Beef and Portobello and Lightly-Fried Shrimp Scampi to share. Panini came with salad, breadsticks and soup. We were caught by surprise that salad and breadsticks were plently enough for two of us. Salad was lightly mixed with Italian dressing, and breadsticks were fresh and warm. Minestrone soup was not too sour. Panini was fine overall, except it only had a thin layer of roasted beef. Shrimp Scampi was lightly fried but not oily, shrimps were well-seasoned.When we asked our friendly waiter for a bag to pack the remaining three breadsticks, he brought us a bag filled with six breadsticks. His service was prompt and attentive in terms of refilling our drinks, and checking with us. I’d just say we had a great lunch because of good food and service.

  The lady that welcomes you was very kind after that it was all down hill where I’m from the bread sticks are hot and at your table befor your meal is served the food as always was good but the people suck my recommendation would be to fire the GM he needs to b more hands on with the store not sittin in the back room

  Terrible service!. The first time we visited the Glendale restaurant, we waited 20 minutes until our drink order was taken. Another 10 passed before the drinks arrived. Then the flamboyant waiter floated back to our table and took our order. Our salad came quickly but the food took over an hour! The waiter then sashayed back to our table and claimed that the water heater was broken therefore the food was late??!!!!The first time we visited the Burbank location (to our astonishment!) we waited a good 20 minutes before the waiter came to our table. When our drinks were finally placed on the table, the waiter proceeded to pick up one of the glasses, inspected it and then began to scrape off a piece of dried on food particle from the rim! Seeing all this from a distance, the manager came and offered us a $15 gift card. We thanked him, refused the card and informed him that we would no longer be eating at this restaurant.
