I love P.F.Chang Resto but as we celebrated my hubby’s bday last month; I felt so embarrassed inviting my parents-in-law & my whole fam in Burbank branch . Our food came late; they brought our food one by one … & lasted almost one hour ; just to bring all our good together . The worst part is ; they forgot to bring our last two orders !Can you imagine how I felt cuz I was so proud telling my in-laws that it’s one of my fave Resto ! But the service sucks ( the head waiter was nice ) but the rest of the servers were lousy ! Btw, we were seated until we had our wraps as appetizer ; we don’t even have our utensils ! I don’t know if I’m going back to that branch … But me & my husband went to the Pasadena branch after few days cuz I really like their food . This time we are satisfied w/ the services & our good ! Btw , the time we were in burbank there was not customers so there’s no reasons not to give us the right & good services that we deserved !

OMG!! Joke!!!. It’s my very first time to dine at a PF Chang’s, what a joke!!! They charge the price as a mid-range restaurant, and I’d find much better food from any local cheap Chinese-American restaurant. Horrible food is all I can say. Nice dcor and attentive service still don’t make any sense for me to go back.
Good for what it is. P.F. Chang’s has been a long time favorite of my daughter and she has made it a point to go there every year on her birthday. She also loves the fact that they have a gluten-free menu – something not seen often enough in mainstream restaurants. For those with celiac disease, the gluten-free menu is a huge hit.While we’ve been to quite a few P.F. Chang’s over the years up and down the west coast, the Burbank location lacked some of the ambiance of some of the other locations and the extremely young staff didn’t exactly give it a welcoming feeling. Along with the Americana mall location, the night was somewhat forgettable.
Food is ok. It’s presidable & consistent. Typical chain. Very Americanized
Stay far away…. This is some wierd hybrid of Chinese/American/strip mall food. Please don’t waste your money here. Meat is dry, sauces are too salty, and nothing even remotely resembles Chinese cuisine. It’s a tourist trap. You’re better off going to a smaller, family-run Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood.
Too Americanized!. Their food is to Chinese as Taco Bell is to Mexican!
