Now I Know Pupusa. Pupusa is more or less like a stuffed pancake or a flat dumpling. It’s made of corn flour with different kinds of stuffing. I had a jalapeo and cheese pupusa; I liked it.Two of us ordered an entree to spilt, Beef Steak with Onion; it came with two plain pupusas, refried bean, rice and salad. Beef was a bite tough but manageable, very tasty and flavorful. We each had a stuffed pupusa. We liked our lunch, for something new and turned out pretty good.Pupuseria Del Valle is a small eatery, mom and pop type; very easy to miss it. The sole cashier/waiter is friendly.
