Red Maple Cafe Gelato & Coffee Bar is a cozy cafe serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We offer signature sandwiches, salads, and bowls. Our breakfast menu is served until 11:30am on weekdays and until 3pm on weekends. Featured items include our Portobello Benedict, Brisket & Egg Burrito, our Ahi Poke Bowl, our Southwestern Black Bean & Quinoa Sliders, and our Brisket Green Onion Wafflewich. We proudly serve TENZO Matcha Tea and RISHI Organic Teas. We are known for our Cochata, featuring our house-made horchata and our 24 hour cold brew. Our cafe also features 16 flavors or authentic Italian Gelato & Sorbet. Featured flavors include Ube (Purple Yam), Maple Roasted Butter Pecan and Sea Salt Caramel. All flavors featured the best ingredients from around the world with pistachios from Sicily, chocolate from Belgium, vanilla from Madagascar and real fruit - no syrups, flavorings or preserves.
