2 HOURS FOR DELIVERY!!We had an awful experience with this pizza place. They are always sending us coupons so we thought we would give them a try. They estimated the delivery would take an hour which was fine but at an hour and 15 we called and they said they were backed up and it would be another 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by, no pizza. Called again, they said it was on it’s way, another 15 minutes went by no pizza.It took 2 HOURS for us to get our pizza. The guy on the phone was completely and totally rude. He was unapologetic, condescending and did nothing to make it right. I would not recommend using this place again and would like an apology from the establishment for the rudeness of the man on the phone. His tone was threatening and acted like I was insane that his delivery was over an HOUR longer than he advised. Basically said to me, this is how it is. So be warned this place feels TOTALLY FINE with delivering your order an hour later than they quoted you and are TOTALLY FINE with it taking 2 hours for you to get your pizza when you’re only 2 miles from the actual pizza place. Just awful.
