Slowest service. Shakey’s Burbank has the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. I ended up waiting for almost an hour for a simple pepperoni pizza; it’s ridiculous. I ended up cancelling my order since I had somewhere else to go. My time was wasted and I was left hungry. I’m not going back there ever again.
